This morning it was 25 outside and the block is warmed it isn't hot. The heater begins making heat much faster than had I not plugged in but it isn't instantly hot like I had hoped. My Scangauge read 39 degrees. 1 hour later it was 80 degrees. 2 hours later was 94 degrees. 3 hours later it was 103 degrees.
