E6SE heads are not worth the time. E7s are much better in terms of flow. Just remove the thermactor bump in the roof of the exhaust ports and you gain more flow. I have both sets of heads and went with the E7TE heads. Check out the head porting section, if you haven't already.

It is a roller block. The e6ae are the motors from the 86 mustang and had pistons with out valve reliefs in them.
