The tickets did not turn up and despite spending nearly two hours on their on line chat they refused to offer a refund. The matter is now in the hands of my credit card company. I have just returned from new york and i booked a number of tickets through Headout.com.... the prices are ok..ish... but if something goes wrong there is absolutely no assistance available. Online chat takes forever to connect. If your query falls outside of their policies the staff simply close the chat.
