I just bought a spl construction bike and it has alot of Harley parts. The engine is a harley 103 ci twin cam screaming eagle, morris magneto ignition, and super E S&S carb. It has some electrical problems, no stop lights, no front turn signals, and the run/off button on the handlebars is reversed.
