This is for the 7 year warranty coat. They have 3 & 5 year warranty which is cheaper . I am guessing the 7 year is thicker? WebIt needs bare clear coat to bond. It won't ruin the wheels that you already coated. The only problem will be the fresh paint underneath the coating might not be as hard as it could have been.
